The processing of personal data in connection with the provision of this website is carried out for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal grounds and, where relevant, in pursuit of the following legitimate interests of the controller or a third party:

2. Provision of additional offers of the telemedia service

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679

In doing so, the responsible party pursues the following legitimate interests: Improving user-friendliness, reducing the bandwidth required, increasing the efficiency of its resources.
In this context, we would like to draw your attention right to object (in general), see below, in the list of your rights.

3. Processing enquiries from users of the telemedia service

4. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the telemedia service and the systems used for its provision, including measures to detect, mitigate, prevent and recover from faults or failures of the telemedia service.

5. Economic optimisation and demand-oriented design of the telemedia service

In doing so, the responsible party pursues the following legitimate interests: increasing the efficiency of its resource, increasing revenue, reducing costs, testing and improving user-friendliness.

6. Advertising

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679

In doing so, the responsible person pursues the following legitimate interests: Increase in demand, increase in revenue.
In this context, we would like to draw your right to object to advertising, see below, in the list of your rights.

Personal data processed in connection with the provision of this website is disclosed to
the following categories of recipients:

  1. Processors, i.e. companies which, on the basis of contractual obligations, handle your data exclusively in accordance with the instructions of the controller:  Providers of technical services and services, in particular data centre services
  2. Third parties, i.e. companies that handle your data on their own responsibility: Payment service and credit card providers, hosting providers / content suppliers.


The controller intends to disclose personal data to recipients in a third country on the basis of the following legal bases: Country: USA Legal basis: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250.

With regard to the indication of the duration of storage, it should generally be noted that personal data are only stored by the controller for as long as is necessary to pursue the purpose of their processing. This results in detail:

    • For the above-mentioned purposes No. 1, No. 2, No. 4 and No. 6, the data will be stored for as long as your use of the telemedia service continues.
    • For the above-mentioned purpose no. 3, the data will be stored until the communication with the user is terminated; if the contents of the communication trigger retention obligations, the data will be stored beyond the time of termination of the communication until the expiry of the retention obligation, otherwise at least as long as the possibility of the responsible party’s own legal defence makes the storage necessary within the framework of statutory limitation or preclusion periods.
    • For the above-mentioned purpose no. 5, the personal data are stored until they are anonymised within a few minutes after the end of your use of the telemedia service.


In principle, i.e. subject to legal restrictions, you have the rights listed below.
In order to facilitate the exercise of these rights, you are informed that a corresponding application by you does not require a specific form and can therefore also be made electronically (in particular by e-mail).

    • You can request information from the data controller about your personal data.
    • You may request correction of inaccurate personal data by the data controller.
    • You may request erasure of personal data by the data controller.
    • You can restrict further processing of personal data by the controller.
    • You have the right to object (in general) to the controller to the further processing of personal data by the controller for the above-mentioned purposes No. 2 and No. 5, provided that you cite grounds for doing so which arise from your particular situation.
    • You have the right to lodge an advertising objection with the data controller against the further processing of personal data concerning you by the data controller for the above-mentioned purpose no. 6 (no reason needs to be given for this).
    • Finally, you may request the controller to provide you with the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller for the above-mentioned purpose No. 1 and No. 3 in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer this data to another person without hindrance from the controller to whom personal data was provided.

Your provision of personal data is necessary for the provision of the telemedia service. There is no legal obligation to provide the data. However, failure to provide the data would have the consequence that the telemedia service cannot be provided to you.

Automated decision-making processes that could have legal effects on you or could significantly affect you in a similar way do not take place in connection with your use of the telemedia service.
