DIDAC INDIA 2019 - HIGHLIGHTS FROM CERTIF-ID

The 11th edition of Asia’s largest conference for education and training resources, DIDAC India 2019, took place at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre between the 24th and 26th of September 2019. The event witnessed 1800+ edtech products, 25+ conference sessions held by industry experts, 150+ talks from industry leaders and 13000+ visitors from over 32 countries.

The event was held to help educators update their global overview of the field – by receiving insights into the latest training trends, edtech products and solutions. Some of the event highlights included the renowned IDA awards ceremony – which recognizes innovation and quality in products and services in the education industry, and the inauguration of the Asian Summit on Education and Skills by Dr Ashwath Narayan, Deputy C.M of Karnataka.

Certif-ID at DIDAC India 2019 showcased how easy it is to issue digital certificates and promote lifelong learning. Our demo highlighted: 

  • Easy-to-use Certif-ID platform to issue digital certificates to graduates
  • The immutable and secure nature of the blockchain-powered digital certificates 
  • How to bring transparency and trust into the entire certification process

The excitement surrounding the event was remarkable – over the three days, the team delved into various topics ranging from blockchain-powered digital certificates to bringing accountability to all stakeholders of the education ecosystem. Also, Tim Miller, Co-Founder Certif-ID presented a Didac Talk and spoke about the Indian skills landscape and how India can become and sustain itself as the skills capital of the world.
